I understand that, my walls never turn out the way I want, they're always like 100 times worse then what I was thinking >.< But lately they're at least close to being normal... you know what they say - practice makes perfect ^^

No problem, my knowledge is really limited but I'm trying to help as much as I can. Well, there's another theory of getting rid of jagged lines. Some people say that helps working on a really big resolution then resize it and most of the imperfections will hide. I know, that completely clashes with what I said last time but opinions are different. I tried both of them and honestly, I think that this one sounds better imo. But I'm not really sure, you'll have to try it for yourself <3

Tablets are really helpful in some ways, you don't need to have a super pro tablet to work with. I use a really simple one and it works quite well ;D

I thought was because of the size (I had to increase it when I made) or when I did I put the lines on top of my effects, but, I saw my others vectors ( I will sharing it here before I make the bg) and they are also a little jagged in some places ç.ç"""

Ah yes, jagginess is every waller/vectorer biggest nightmare. We all have jagged lines, there are some angles where the lines become more inconsistent and jaggy. It's really hard to solve this problem.
What I do is that I always vector at the size I'm gonna submit it later, so no resizing is needed. That way the lines are less jagged I thing. If you still wanna vector on different size than maybe you could try this - copy the jagged shape and then blur it about 0.4 - 0.5 Remember to keep the original shape & the copied shape visible. This can get rid of some jagginess but it's not guaranteed to work though. Try it to see if it'll help you :)

I always do my vectors in Photoshop but I still think Illustrator is way batter for vectoring then PS. I heard that you never get jagged lines, but I never learned how to use Illustrator anyway. Yup, I color with my mouse if is cell shading coloring, if it's about painting I use a tablet. Painting with a mouse is really difficult but is still doable somehow, cell shading is really easy to be done with the mouse. I always vector with my right hand even if I'm left handed! So it's not that hard, see?
